Bearded Talks: Polaroids is a photographic composition made of 20 polaroids with captions. These captions are short statements in which the Drag King Barba Luluxo, narrates the core of encounters with strangers in public spaces in Berlin. The texts are glances into feelings and reactions on how the participants and Barba Luluxo interact with each other in that moment and as they move throughout the city.

Bearded Talks is a short documentary done from a performance by the Drag King Barba Luluxo in Berlin, between the neighborhood Westend and the “rainbow district”, Nollendorfplatz. Barba Luluxo, invites people to take a polaroid picture together and share their impressions over the image and their presence in the city.
